The worlds largest annual offshore race Gotland Runt starts from the classic sailing-hub Sandhamn on the 30th of June 2024. More than 200 boats will start at the waters south of  Sandhamn, round the mark at Svenska Högarna and round the island of Gotland and back to Sandhamn. The course is app. 350 NM, the record is 27 hours 4 minutes and 9 seconds but for the majority it takes between 2-3 days and nights.
